The mission of AIM is to assist in training, educating, equipping, and imparting people to work using their natural gifts and talents.
How does AIM work?
WHO: Everyone! Any individual that desires a life change or wants to explore and develop their gifts and talents.
Foster Care Program, Vertans, HOme School Co-ops, Private School Programs, Public School programs, Non-profits, Corporate Retreats
WHY: We believe that if each person becomes activated in their gifts and talents, then they can positively impact the community around them.
HOW: Our unique 3 stage plan will equip and impart you to be successful supporting yourself and your family while working in a career that brings you joy and is focused on your gifts and talents.
Stage 1 -
Foundation
We utilize different tests, such as personality tests and skill set tests, to help determine a starting point. We offer classes to get students started on their journey. Some examples include Basic Work Skills, Adulting 101 Basics, Pre-Votech training, Arts, Theater, Business, Home Ec, and more!
Stage 2 - Apprenticeship
Students apprentice in our trusted and approved partners. On-the-job training is provided in protected and safe environments. Through the apprenticeship, students receive mentorship and are able to grow in their gifts and talents. We continue to offer classes and provide life coaching programs.
Stage 3 -
Job Platforms
The final step concludes with a student's independence and continuation of developing and working in their gifts and talents. We work with the student to set them in on one of three pathways:
1. Continued education - Trades, Union Hall, or College programs to continue education.
2. Entrepreneurship - Supporting the student in becoming a business owner.
3. Getting hired for a job - We have a network of trusted jobs that can support the skills the student has been preparing for.
